We provide stringent and effective security measures on our Web site, and offer a safe, secured shopping environment for all of our customers. Scrapbookusaca.com does not sell, rent or trade your e-mail address to third parties. It is our policy that private information, such as your credit card number, is never allowed to send via e-mail.

Most orders will be shipped within 5 – 10 business days and out of California. Shipments to the East Coast may take up to 5 days to get to the destination by Ground delivery. Back orders are not accepted without customers’ confirmation.

Shipping and handling fees for Ground service
Subtotal: $0.00 - $10.00 = $4.95
             $10.01 - $40.00 = $5.95
             $40.01 - $60.00 = $9.95
             $60.01 and above = $11.65

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If the actual shipping cost to us is much less than what we charged you we will send you an email and reduce the amount appropriately to the correct level. For example, if you're charged $8.95 but it only cost us $5.60 to ship,we will lower your shipping cost to $5.95.

Returns and Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange any item that is manufacturer’s defective and under unused condition within 14 days of the original transaction date. Purchases made at retail events (such as scrapbook conventions, rubber stamp shows, etc.) may be returned within 45 days for a full refund if items are unopened . Defective products will gladly be exchanged. If an exchange is not possible a refund will be issued provided it is within the 45 day period. Please e-mail or call to get a Return Authorization Number before you ship back to us. Returns may be subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchange.
