Most orders will be shipped within 5 – 10 business days and out of California. Shipments to the East Coast may take up to 5 days to get to the destination by Ground delivery. You may request Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping for faster delivery of your merchandise for an additional fee. Back orders are not accepted without customers’ confirmation.

Shipping and handling fees for Ground service: $3.00 + 15% of merchandise value.
Next day Air +$19.00, 2nd day Air +$10.00, 3rd Day Select +$7.00

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We’ll gladly exchange any item that is manufacturer’s defective and under unused condition within 14 days of the original date of shipping. Please e-mail or call to get a Return Authorization Number before you ship back to us. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchange.
